The National Association of Insurance Women (NAIW (International)) serves its members by providing professional education, an environment in which to build business alliances and the opportunity to make connections with people of differing career paths and levels of experience within the insurance industry.

Colleagues enjoying a break

Join the Charlotte Association of Insurance Women as we celebrate our 68th year as part of NAIW. Each year CAIW participates in educational and community service activities. We sponsor continuing education classes in all lines of insurance and present NAIW classes in Communication and other topics of interest to members and local associates. We award scholarships to local students pursuing a career in Insurance and Risk Management.

Our participation in local safety programs for school age children, the Susan B. Koman Race for the Cure, support of the Misty Meadows Mitey Riders and local literacy programs are among the projects carried out to make our community a better one in which to live and work. Don't you want to be part of this dynamic group? Fill out the Membership Request form and we'll contact you.

"I did not join CAIW until 1990 after having been in the insurance industry for over 20 years. My daughters were older and did not need my attention as much. Through the educational opportunities, my confidence level greatly increased, the friendships I have made I will always treasure. Being on the board for many of these years has made me feel as though I have been able to contribute to the success of a great international organizations that supports the values that I have. I would like to encourage all young women to join a professional organization early in their careers, it is well worth your time.”- Maryjean, CPIW, DAE, 1990
