Insurance Industry Awards

Each year at our Annual Banquet in May we honor two members of the Insurance Industry. The membership nominates individuals they believe represent the Insurance Professional in an outstanding manner; this is peer recognition at its best. It's a difficult task selecting the final winner as you might expect, we're very proud to recognize and congratulate the 2009 winners:

Emergency Services Awards
Burnette/Nobles

Most of us get involved in community activities at different times in our lives for a variety of reasons. There are fund-raisers, volunteer work (hospice, elderly, day care, community clean-ups etc.), Board Member, substituting for non-emergency public employees during their religious holidays, etc. These are fulfilling activities.

Many people dedicate their lives to community support: police, fire & emergency medical personnel are three groups we recognize each year.

This award is named in honor of two of Charlotte's Finest, CMPD Officers John Burnette and Andy Nobles who were killed in the line of duty in 1993. This award is one of many special activities named in honor of these fine men and is meant to keep their spirit alive, recognizing that the men and women who dedicate their lives to the emergency services we depend on each day are very special.

We honor one individual from each of these groups at our Banquet. We're very happy and pleased to announce these winners, congratulations and special thanks to:
